Leavers payslip process detailed

All employees should access their password via ESR login in the first instance.

If you don’t know your password and have already left the organisation you can use the "Forgotten | Request Username/Password | Unlock Account" functionality which been updated to allow for a password reset using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

If you have already left and don’t have a MFA setup, then you should contact the fhft.esrsupport@nhs.net team, who will require the below information to reset the password:

Please note we can only provide this information to a personal email account matching what is held on ESR.

You will need to provide the following information as we will not be able to provide you with your username or password without this information;

  • Full name
  • Employee number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • NI Number

If you can’t provide this information you will need to contact the payroll team who will follow their existing process for share p45, p60 and payslips.
